Crust is a mobile pizza event company founded in 2015 and based on the Connecticut shoreline. Since that time we’ve established ourselves as a must-have addition to any get together where delicious, fun and unique are a requirement. The Crust professional chefs will delight your guests with up close magic as they hand stretch dough and prepare each pizza pie. Along with our friendly, experienced serving staff they make the whole Crust experience one to remember.
Your exceptional culinary adventure begins with our famous Crust seasonal salad followed by a dozen or more varieties of traditional and specialty pizzas. Some of our favorites include lobster mac and cheese, Armenian marinated tenderloin with rustic potatoes and crispy pork belly with apricot brown sugar glaze and cherry peppers. We finish with a delicious dessert provided by chef.
From start to finish our staff will work to make your special event one your guests will be talking about for a long time.

Dates are reserved on a first come, first served basis. An event is not considered booked until a deposit is received.
When booking your event please confirm that we are able to park our oven and set up our prep area on a relatively flat hard surface. We’ll need a space of approximately 20’ x 20’.

Every single item on our menu is made 100% fresh from scratch or locally sourced from the dough balls I roll myself to the meats and vegetables I use from area butchers, fisherman and farm stands. What truly sets us apart is the level of attention we put into every event. We realize that mobile pizza is a crowded market but you can be assured that I and my team will work tirelessly to impress you and all of your guests.
