Crust is a mobile catering company based on the Connecticut shoreline. We deliver a delicious, fun and unique catering experience for our clients. Your exceptional culinary package begins with our famous Crust seasonal salad, followed by traditional and specialty thin crust pizzas and finishes with a wonderful locally produced gelato. From start to finish, our professional staff will work with you to make your special event one to remember.
We offer a hand-stretched, thin crust style pie. Because of our name, you know the crust has to stand out. It’s light, crispy and slightly chewy made from 4 simple ingredients – flour, water, salt and yeast. Our made-from-scratch dough and locally-sourced fresh ingredients are combined to create traditional favorites, as well as some of our own special pizza creations. Our chefs start by making all of the classics followed by a variety of unique combinations sure to delight your guests. And of course we are happy to take requests once things are rolling.
Hand-crafted and imported from Italy, our Valoriani brick oven fires to over 900 degrees. At over 4000 pounds with it’s beautiful white and red neo-designed dome and silver chimney it is truly a work of art. Our oven is the centerpiece of a self-contained custom-made vehicle that we bring directly to your party.
Crust caters events all over the state of Connecticut (and occasionally beyond). A CRUST catered party is more than delicious food. Because of the open nature of the cooking process it becomes an interactive affair. We invite you and your guests to watch up close, engage with us and if you are game, to make a pie or two with us. Whether it is a birthday, anniversary, graduation, wedding rehearsal, corporate outing or just because..… we’ll work to make yours a truly memorable event.

An event is not considered booked until a deposit is received.
When booking your event please confirm that we are able to park our oven and set up our prep area on a relatively flat hard surface. We’ll need a space of approximately 20’ x 20’.
